Prayer Requests

General Prayer:

1. Pray for Calvary. Pray for the new campus that it will be a

blessing for the surrounding community and God will use it in a mighty way.

Pray for protection from the enemy for both our Church campus' and that

God's word will go out in a mighty way. Pray that everyone coming on either

campus that doesn't know Jesus will meet Him there.

2. Pray for our church leadership, all the Pastors, their families, the

Elders and Deacons and their families. Pray for God's protection of them

and their families so they won't be distracted from their leadership

positions. Pray for God's wisdom and leadership in the decisions they make

each day. Pray for God's wisdom and understanding for the messages, they

bring forth.

3. Pray for Contemporary Adults. Pray that He will continue to grow us

and stretch us and give us wisdom. Pray that everything we do will be

pleasing to Him. Pray for the upcoming retreat, for God's leading and

growth for everyone who goes up.

4. Pray for the leadership of our country and the armed forces and

other civil servants in harm's way. Pray for Godly guidance in their

decisions, that they will seek Him and listen to Him, and He will protect

them and keep them from harm. Pray that He will protect our armed forces

from the attacks of all our enemies.

5. Pray for the persecuted church. Pray for their protection, God's

blessing and their growth and strength.

6. Pray for the peace of Israel and for God to protect His chosen

people and His chosen City

7. Continue praying for Mike and Kathy Turany as the Lord leads them

into a new ministry and away from Calvary. Pray the Lord will bless and

give the increase for their faithful following in His leading. Pray He will

speak thru Mike as Mike leads the new church and that the Lord will give

Mike great wisdom and understanding as he brings forth God's word.

8. Pray for Susan Staples and the Hmong peoples. Susan is a missionary

that came out of Calvary. Pray for the Hmong believers and Susan to be

strong and be able to speak God's Word with strength and wisdom to touch

these people effectively.

Continuing Prayer:

9. Continue praying for Ralph Denhart who's learning to live after a

stroke. Pray for his healing, health, and full recovery.

10. Please pray for Casa de Elizabeth, one of the dental mission clinics

our group attends. Pray for their financial and food support. Please pray

that the Lord will provide for the needs of these precious kids. Pray also

for their safety and deliverance from drugs and the Enemy in their area.

11. Please pray for Sherylynn as caregiver and her family as they deal

with medical and aging related problems. Pray for Sherylynn for strength

and endurance, and grace and peace within her family.

12. Pray for Carla, that God will get a hold of her heart again, by

whatever means needed.

13. Please keep Susie in prayer for pain. Pray that the pain will

decrease and end. Pray that the doctors will figure out what to do to

relieve her condition. Pray also for the Lord's guidance and closeness in

making decisions.

14. Elizabeth N asks for prayer for her sister-in-law Sheri. She has

just been diagnosed with acute leukemia. Please pray for her salvation,

healing and her relationship with her daughter.

15. Please pray for our brother Steve V. He's stressed and hurting

right now. His mom has had a stroke and is paralysed on one side.

16. Pray for Steve V's mom for healing from her stroke and the ability

to deal with this monumental life change.

17. Jana Solmen has asked for the following prayers for her mother and

then for her Mom, Dad and Grandmother:

First, please pray for her mom to find a good doctor; that

her pain would diminish; they would be able to keep their health insurance;

her dad will continue to find jobs; that her mom will not need to depend on

pain pills, and her mom is able to function throughout the day; for her

mom's depression to be gone; that Jana would have the wisdom, love, patience

and firmness needed in relating with her mother; and last, but definitely

not least, that her parents and grandmother (89 years old) would come to

have a relationship with the Lord. Second, prayers for unspoken requests.

18. Continue praying for Brian's sister Karen, she had surgery and had

the cancer removed, but found it was in her lymph nodes. She has decided to

pursue alternative healing. Pray for her complete healing. Pray for

guidance for Karen and peace for Brian.

19. Please pray for Katie, Pastor Dan's daughter. She accidently came

in contact with AIDs infected fluids at her work. She has been started on a

powerful anti-viral.

20. Pray for Johanna, Jan Zupet's granddaughter and Jen Crooks niece.

She does in fact have leukemia. Pray for her healing/treatment, wisdom for

the doctors and for peace for the family.

21. Pray for Judy Treon's sister, Dorothy. Pray for complete healing.

22. Pray for Paul Watson's younger brother Jimmy and his wife Carrie.

Jimmy has been recently released from the hospital after complications to a

cut on his arm. Carrie tried to commit suicide just before he was released.

They both need help.

23. Please pray for Deb Shear and her family:

* Please pray for salvation for her older kids Christopher, Heather,

and

Joshua and for healing for their family relations.

* Please pray for an answer to depression and for God to lift her up.

Pray

for lifting her loneliness and wrong thoughts.

* Please pray God helps her to have the faith to wait on His timing.

* Please Pray for Tori to seek a stronger relationship with the Lord

and not

run to the world.

New Prayer:

26. Pray for Jeannie Nelsons nephew who is bi-polar. Pray for his

healing and staying on his meds. Pray for relief from depression and that

he'll be able to get help and support.

27. Please pray for Rose Rafel whose wrist is not healing properly.

Pray that the Lord will give her wisdom on what to do about it.

28. Pray for Gail's cousins and sister's family. Parker (10 months) was

found in a pool. He was unable to recover and has gone home to Jesus. Pray

for his family, who do not know the Lord. Pray the Lord will use this to

draw them to Himself.

29. Pray for Leanne Taylor that she will be able to get her housing

grant in purchasing a home.
